New England Lanscape is one of the two most popular and anticipated shows at the amazing Lyme Art Association. This painting, titled “The Old Willow” will be on view through much of September and October. If you’ve never visited, it’s time! The LAA was created as a showplace for the artists who summered at the neighboring Florence Griswold House — now the Flo Gris Museum and the cradle of the American impressionist movement. The tradition of fine representational art continues at LAA and I’m always humbled to have my work on view there.
